Miramar Construction was founded on a simple idea: the best buildings in Denver aren't the new ones — they're the ones already standing. For more than 33 years in Denver, we've made it our work to restore, reinforce, and reimagine the city's existing built environment, transforming aging structures into modern commercial spaces without erasing what made them worth saving.
We work alongside architects, engineers, designers, and property owners to solve the technical challenges of building inside existing buildings — historic masonry, undersized structural systems, code upgrades, and the thousand small details that separate a good restoration from a great one.
Our projects have been recognized with regional design and preservation awards, but the recognition we value most comes from the clients who hire us a second and third time.
